So @AfriNatic I assume 1 July. Those on the current 1gb will see extra upload speed.

Pure numbers. Paid 1117 for the current month. Changing to 997 for the current month. Effectively, there should be either a refund (small) or an effective date of 1 July

If only Cool Ideas could do upgrades/downgrades in 10 minutes. I've been told 2-5 working days. Been waiting since Thursday...Upgraded from 200/200 to 1000/200 for the same zars

With Vumatel and Vuma Aerial it takes about 10min or so.
If you are on Vumatel you will get a new IP and then you would be prompted to activate again. Vuma Aerial will just start working again once the new speeds have been provisioned.

Yes indeed. From the 1st the 1Gbps promo clients will get the new upload speed and a R50 saving on the invoice tomorrow.

Hi,
The reason for this is because we have changed everyone to the new speeds and pricing. The system assumes that you only paid the new price and will charge you the difference. I would suggest waiting a few days for the 1st.
The new speeds are effective 1st of July. Only upgrades to higher speeds will complete after the order is placed.
So my upgradevfrom 50/5 to 100/100 same price should be active then?
Technically yes because it's an upgrade but the system see the reduced pricing as a downgrade and that is why it scheduled it.
Let me find out how we are going to handle these and then I will get back to you?
We working on this. Will advise as soon as we know what we going to do about package changes requested now.
