Sais so on their site, i contacted them and it definitly is including VAT. Whats even better is that these accounts are the non-terminating type.

This is what I'm wondering.. how low, realistically, can these prices go? Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, obviously.. I'm just really hoping that once telkom have their new billing system in place, prices and caps don't go back to what they were.

its making me edgy. Telkom already announced their line rental reductions starting 1 Aug. So they cant increase line rental right? that would be stupid. R50 down on 30GB tell me that Axxess and Hyperlink both make in excess of R50 profit per account. So there is clearly room for improvement. But how much room? Are we not privy to this information?

I'm getting edgy myself.. this price war story just seems too good to be true.. I'm waiting for telkom to come along and spoil the party... they're pro's at that.

I don't expect the prices to drop much lower than what saol.com are offering - I guess this is as low as it's going to get.

What concerns me is the future - Telkom are working on a new billing structure which could end all our fun - download as much as you can before that happens !!

yep.. this situation just seems so un-telkom-like that I'm sure they're gearing up to make a massive comeback to show the SA consumer that they still know exactly how to screw us.

You have to admit, they've been awefully quiet lately.. not a word from steven sh1te in quite a while.. last time I heard, he was considering raising the cap to 4 gigs.

surely, if Telkom increases their ADSL prices now it will go against what they argued. That they havent increased ADSL prices since its introduction. It will also then prove how screwed up they are if the rest of the world DECREASES prices while only Telkom INCREASES prices. It better stay the same or it proves them to be EVIL! mmmmmmokleT
