New Telkom ADSL installation

I have applied for a telkom line and ADSL connection for my apartment about 2 weeks ago. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for telkom to come out to do the installation.

I was told that if you use telkom as your service provider and purchase one of those bundled deals your installation is prioritized. I ordered my line like this and had in all done in a week.

Well I'm just over a week and waiting. Also did the whole package installation. Just keep getting "order in process" sms. I'm in Cape Town. Tried following up with them, get the same answer. Apparently takes anywhere from 7 to 21 days. Don't know if that's working days.

Which app is that? I have an iPhone but only see Telkom Mobile app in iStore.

There should be another one just saying Telkom. I just checked on the istore and it is there.

Checked again...I type in Telkom, only get 5 apps of which 2 are Telkom Mobile. Other 3 are for other countries. Have you got a screenshot perhaps for me?
