New Telkom VDSL packages (reallyfast.co.za)

Have any of you guys seen these deals? It seems that they have launched a new ad campaign for VDSL at reallyfast.co.za.

R899 a month for 20mb + 30GB softcap + Closer plan 2. I think this is actually quite good considering it contains both line rental and everything else.

Unfortunately it is on a 24 month contract and the level of data isn't great... but it's something I suppose. I really want to see what other deals come from the more price conscious providers (Afrihost, Openweb etc...)

Thoughts?
 
If the cost of the service drops during the contract period due to poor adoption rates etc. will you still be required to shell out R899 every month? Two years is a long time.
 
They are only really aiming for wealthy areas in the first rollout phase, so they are obviously using a market skimming price strategy.

I suppose that the price will come down soon enough. Even if I had the money I would feel totally ripped off spending R3500 a month for 40mb uncapped... Talk about obscene!
