Try Michelins they are on par with Pirelli, or maybe better.
I have PS3 and PZero from these brands, they are very good

That's not too terrible pricing.

In your boat I would have probably put the Goodyear Eagle F1's on as I had a good experience with them before at a decent price.

Just don't touch Continental and I would probably avoid Dunlop by default.

Goodyear Eagle F1's is a good choice, however it is not available in his tyre size 16". The only Goodyear tyre available for his size is EffcientGrip and Effiecient Grip Performance.
