Newbie Question - iTunes US

Hi guys

I'm a bit wet behind the ears so excuse the newbie question!
I did try Google!

I'd like to download from the iTunes US store.
How do I go about this?

You need to create the US Store account first.
In iTunes, scroll to the bottom of the page. You should see the SA flag. Click on it and select the US. When iTunes has opened the US Store, go to Apps, select and buy a free app.
Right, now you'll be asked for account and payment info... What you'll need is an actual US address, Google an hotel or similar in Delaware, Montana, Oregon or New Hampshire (no sales taxes), get the street address, zip and phone number.
Enter the address, login details and choose no credit card details as the option. Confirm your purchase.
You now have a US account... Shop around for vouchers and redeem the codes.

It's much more expensive than the SA store.
