Why does mybroadband news report on downtime at Amazon/NSA/Vox/MTN/DSTV/Seacom/Gauteng Province/Twitter, but when Afrihost has two major incidents in two consecutive days not a word is said?
These issues are real and real money was lost due to these incidents. My servers were inaccessible for nearly 10 hours yesterday and 6+ hours _down_ today.
No contact from Afrihost, avoidance of the subject on social platforms, account manager not answering his phone....
How's some reporting on it?
