I think that's a little unfair. I know that this has been a very unpleasant experience. Not that we are looking for sympathy, but our server admins have been working on this for two days straight, some without much sleep at all. If we were what you say, really wouldn't care, and would get to it when we got to it. We're pushing every team member very hard, our guys are camped out in our offices working around the clock - not going home to their families or loved ones until this issue is resolved.
We are responsible for the impact to our clients, and we know it's our responsibility to fix this. But I think your comments are really not called for![]()
I think Afrihost just accepted liability for the loss of income some of you guys have experienced. I'd suggest at least one of the affected companies have your lawyer take a look at your SLA as this is pretty unacceptable. I imagine their marketing does not tie up with real world experience and irrespective of your agreements, you might still have a case...
