Can't connect to IS... Connection disallowed.
SAIX still won't connect ... Connection timed out.
As for the support at the 8ta call center ... Makes me realize that we get what we pay for.
Now wish I wasn't tied to them by contract.
We have been interacting with SAIX since these threads have requested it and they have agreed to allow 8ta to use news.saix.net and we are not sure when the firewall changes will be implemented, but this will be soon. We will be testing this week and let you know.
