If they have to hire more than one person to moderate the chat section they are wasting money. As I said before the trolls in the comment section ruined it for themselves.

I find that a bit witty and I chuckled when I read it compared to the drivel that is on News24.

I concede that every medium has its set of bigots. Perhaps because the Sowetan has such a niche target market with a community that accepts the status quo without blaming everything on government or racialize everything, the comments are less fiery.
