It was all worth it downloading at 450KB/s but now it seems that SAIX is way too shaped during the day (13KB/s on and off) and during the night I get 30KB/s to 80KB/s max. Mostly 40KB/s. I'm getting 384kbps speed

Whats the point of a 4mbps line anymore?

To further pad telkoms profits.
 
On my 4m line, I downloaded a massive 9 megs in 2 hours today.
Woulda gotten 30 megs on "unshaped" dialup.
 
well you will still get 4Mbps if you download cached content. You can always use IS, maybe their speeds are higher? Since you are complaining...
 
scraping max 2.5kb/s on a 4mbit line right now, anyone else experiencing slow speeds on saix?
