Still a newbie to this, but I have an uncapped account from a certain ISp,
connect to the newshost and was getting good speeds, all of a sudden the speeds drop, but browsing is good, and if download files from websites I get good speeds??

So I am some what lost, need some advice

Its just shaping - let it run overnight. Speed picks up very late at night.

ahh ok, sucks thou, if I use torrents will it do the same, are the any providers that supports newgroups or torrent downloading?
thanks for the info, much appreciated

Newshost will fly with whatever account you use. The NZB files are only a few KB in size.

Yup - any newsgroups or torrents and even some of the fileshare sites. They do it so that others aren't impacted with heavy usage during peak hours (business hours it's for the home business/home workers and in the evenings its for the gamers) if you leave it overnight you will see a lot has been downloaded.

thanks for the info guys, will stik with the current ISP for now lol, until another solution is available for downloading,
currently using the is.newshost with one of there resellers account.
but will leave it over night and see what happens

is news is tad slow what i heard, and also if download to much on an is account they throttle you

It depends entirely on what you're downloading. It could be that you've grabbed something that has not been cached on your news server (yet), so it is coming down slowly.
Check the age of your nzb - if it's only an hour or two old, chances are you're the one that's caching it for everybody else, or if it's too old (several days at least), then it's no longer in the cache. Or it is not a popular item (see how many times the nzb has been downloaded).
