I got myself a 100Gig Nextgennews block account on the 1st of may, between this time and the 15th i downloaded 30Gigs worth of data,

According to my NextgenNews usage i downloaded +/-5 gigs, my sabnzbd block account settings say i downloaded +/-4 Gigs, here what i don't understand, they sent me a notification that my Block account has been finished i need to purchase additional data, how is this possible when all my usage stats say i used much less.

i have written a ticket to them which has gone un-answered, whats your experience with Nextgennews?, do you have a alternative block account provider you can recommend, i'm with usenebucket for my normal connection

How much did you upload to others?

I did not do any uploads...not knowingly at least,

Where to check for uploads in sabnzbd, i only see usage for downloads?

Downloading from news servers is not the same as downloading a torrent. There is no upload to worry about. You only download the article from the news server.

Nextgen news is a waste of money and time, its normal for them to ignore tickets, also a lot of their data is corrupt
i.e incomplete articles or parts, while on other services the article or part is complete.
