Has anyone perhaps have (or had) any experience with regards to Nexus.net's FTTH product?

Their prices seems very competitive. They do, however, have an Acceptable Use Policy, which throttles your speed based on the data used between 07h00 - midnight. At midnight, the speed is fully restored and no throttling takes place between midnight and 07h00.
Are they worthwhile to consider, if you are not a heavy data-user?
