Is the new OLED switch worth the bux?

If you go mobile, OLED is the way to go.
We got the V2 LCD one cause we only play via TV. (Think only ever had mobile once during long weekend.)

As for, Is getting a Switch worth it?: Hell yeah!
More than enough exclusives to keep the family busy, Also loads of ported games to continue during LS

Our unit saw loads of hours in the past 2 months thanks to Eskom.
My poison: Diablo 2
Mrs AJ's poison: Lego Skywalker Saga.
When we are together it's Minecraft Dungeons.

I suspect from the 14th she will be on Zelda. 24/7

Yeah looking for mobile gaming

Already have my Atari 2600, PS1 and PS3, as well as my xBox360 and PC Gaming rig

Just looking for mobile gaming during the 4hr stints now, thanx
 

Seems like the game hits full 1080p and mostly stable 30fps due to FSR. The 1.1.0 patch really did massively upgrade the performance. There are slowdowns but not as much as BOTW.

Yeah well Switch has been out now for like 6 years, so there's a huge library of games. I reckon you can't really go wrong.

Do yourself a favour and get the OLED. It's honestly worth it. The LCD on the default Switch isn't great.

Dont have to be a hard core gamer for it.
