Nintendo WiiU console featuring a touchscreen controller revealed at E3 2011

I barely used the first Wii so wondering if my old stuff will work with this new controller like sensor, nunchucks and controllers. Also will they bring out good games with it?

Hope they don't make it region locked and that I can actually play movies on it.

You can use all the old controllers and play the old games.
 
I thought rectangular shaped controllers went out of fashion with the NES. That thing is not ergonomic at all.
 
As usual, Nintendo releases a cool console and as usual, it will suck because it's library will mostly consist of lame kiddie games.

Just because there aren't two phalluses sticking out the bottom, does not mean its not ergonomic.
 
So they announce this to come out sometime next year, offer no price on console or controllers, no concreate games only promises and tech demos.

Mark me as skeptical.

Also remember how excited everyone got for the wii and 3DS was announced and both ended up dissappointing core gamers. The fact that nintendo stock actually fell 5% after this was announced shows that nintendo has a lot of work to do to make this a success.
 
They have said that the price will be under $250 and that it will come with one controller, lots of games have been promised.
