I used Nivo several months ago. I had no complaints. But I only ordered one item from them so can't really say if they are consistently good
 
I've used them a couple of times, and never had an issue. Quite accommodating, as I remember asking them to locate a specific version of a router from their supplier, which they did. I haven't used them in maybe 2-3 years since my last order though, but mainly because Takealot is generally my first port of call now.
 
Ordered a screen from them, was impressed with the service. Would buy from them again
 
I use them often and they are great. Their website is also the best and most functional of the online PC retailers.

Prompt delivery too.
 
By far the best retailer I've come across in South Africa. I basically only use them these days.
 
I had placed an order but there was a stock issue. Nevertheless I was refunded immediately.
 
I bought something from them, no issues; I collected from them.
 
I also had great service with them, bought 4 tablets for work. Very helpful and constant phone calls keeping me up to date with the status
