No connection this morning?

I woke up this morning and for the life of me i cannot connect to Neotel! anyone else having the same problem? i am aware that there was downtime planned but its already past 7am and still no connection.

its backup but experiencing web pages timing out. and is incredibly slow

Agentrfr, I got back from holiday yesterday, and restarted NeoFlex last night, no problem. I think i'm working off Noordwyk tower in no coverage area with antenna, started @ 3 Mb/s / 1 Mb/s, but am suffering like the rest as tower is now congested aka cell breathing. This morning 1.5 Mb/s / 0.05 Mb/s ---It's this last one that concerns me the most --smaks of some shapping to me, but hey, no gamming and terrents here, too busy, so the odd slow speeds don't bother me that much. Disconnects i've seldom seen, if ever experienced, so in general OK

Not sure if it's the weather but browsing, particularly international seems very sluggish.
