Good day,

I have sent various emails to your billings department and not once had a consultant returned my calls. I need answers as to why my package has been captured incorrectly on your system as my account is being debited with amounts I have not agreed to!

Urgently contact my and credit my account or cancel the package and fetch your router. Thanks

Sorry about that - the two posters who responded first are arseholes and don't work for MTN, and think it's hilarious to mess people around.

Try contacting MTN on social media - they usually respond quite quickly on Facebook and Twitter.
