No customer service

My house voice line has been out of service for 2 months and Telkom do nothing to try and fix it. They're quick to advertise their Broadband and other deals on a Sunday night but I wouldn't go near it. All well and good until it breaks and then there is no customer service. Avoid Telkom at all costs. Rather use pigeons.

No fixed. Just a general warning to avoid this useless company. I have lived in Europe and two months without service would be unheard of and not tolerated. This is a listed company still acting like a useless parastatal.
