No DStv – No problem

DStv premium needs to be around R500 or less before I'd even consider that rip-off.
What really pissed me off is you pay for Premium, plus the PVR, then you need to pay extra to use the built in hard drive and features.

.... And you're paying for the privilege of watching adverts.

Come back and pay R750p/m.............and the loyal subscribers?? Lol

There's a whole thread on it. StreamIPTV is one of them.

Would be nice to one day hear of a legal alternative. They'll come, DSTV/Multichoice just needs to run out of licensing deals.
What's the name of this thread?

Good grief. If you don't know how to search and you cannot come up with "iptv" as a search term then maybe it's not for you. The setup in VLC will kill you.

What do you define as a LEGAL alternative I would say most of the IPTV services are unlicensed Is that your definition of illegal? What about circumvention - using VPN or Smart DNS to simulate the recipient being in say USA? Do you consider that Illegal ?

Been using someone else's log in details for 3 years now to stream online - saved a lot of cash!

Its becuz you are talking utter BS. One doesnt simply set it up and there u go. Its a pain in the fking a$$ and the quality of streams differ from rubbish to utter rubbish. Good luck with that.

Any sort of easy user experience, quality and availability, you only have one choice at the moment
