proof? my runx rsi definately didnt take 11.5 secs to get to 100km/h, and it was stock standard. that particular one is probably fooked

Thats what I thought, but then at 220 kmh it was at 6000 rpm and still going.

I think the guys at Toyota SA are a bunch of conservative twats that look at the numbers first.

I wonder if they are even looking at numbers, as the new hiace would sell like hot cakes, and the Toyota Coaster could easily replace the smaller hiace taxi.

Hi I heard on a car show on TV that Toyota S.A will not be bringing out any more Rsi's or any hot cars, because the singned some document that prevents them. Something to do with global warming or something like that, not to sure.

Dyno's measure top speed runs and acceleration ... when the car is not even moving? I thought they measured kw and torque at the wheels?

They did 3 runs, 0-100/200, Torque and Kw and a top end run. I got pics of the cars and readings that managed way over 250Kmhp, didnt bother with the Toys.
