i do believe all her settings are correct since the guest account works, but if i've seen some crazy things in my time so its worth a check.

Those Telkom usernames and passwords are cryptic. Maybe start there. I also advise typing them in rather than copy/pasting.

Hey Guys

I apologise for replying after all these hours.
After I entered the Telkom username and password and reverted back to my own username and pswd it started working again.

Don't know what was wrong then.
I'm just glad to have my connection back.
