I have checked on the above site after being logged in, and could not find any Itemised Billing. Is this not available on the website? I am paying for it, and do get it on my regular invoices.
I am with MTNSP.

Don't get all excited though, MTNActive is the worst possible client interface I've seen in years.

When I just got my 3G with MTN, they sent me an invoice for about R2500. They charged me R2/MB instead of using the bundle on my account. I called them and eventually they fixed my invoice. But this did not update the MTNActive website invoice. The second month the same thing happened.

Today, even after contacting MTN two or three times (including through HelloPeter), my history still shows that my initial invoice was for R2500 and the second was R1500, even though I only paid the R600 odd that I really owed them.

So MTNActive has absolutely no contact with what's going on on your account for real. IT seems like they run on two completely different systems that does not speak to each other.

EDIT : And I forgot to mention that MTNActive has always been the slowest website to load. MUCH slower than Vodacom or any other international site.

Our systems work on a list of debits and credits, even though you might have paid only R600.00 i guarantee you that the original invoice of over R2000 still exists, only difference is there reflects a credit in your colums, the two systems communicate perfectly well.

Unfortunately I cannot access those invoices from MTN active anymore, but I can garuantee you that I would have slept much easier during that first month if the credit was shown in the MTNActive invoice.

It might be worthwhile for you guys to investigate whether your MTNActive website shows credits to an account. (You can start by transfering some money into my account if you want:D). It definelty didn't a few months ago, that I can promise you.

So from what I can see here you're sorted right?

If not PM me your details and I'll have the active team look into this for you

I'm sorted thank you, was just saying that even though the paper invoice and debit order was corrected, the MTNActive invoice still showed that I owe MTN R2500. It never updated after MTN fixed my account.
