So I bought the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact from the online orange store in South Africa. The phone is great and works like a charm... But I have 1 issue that annoys me. I some how cannot receive LTE signal. The best I get is Hsdpa+.
I don't know how to get it working. Can someome assist me please? I am on vodacom.
Yes I am in an LTE covered area as I previously had the galaxy note 3 LTE and had great LTE signal. I have contacted vodacom and told them about the issue. Did a sim swap. Recived OTA LTe settings from Vodacom and still no luck. My mobile settings is selected on LTE.
A weird thing that I noticed when I first put my vodacom sim into the phone was that I didnt receive an sms from Vodacom stating I have inserted my sim in a different phone. I don't know if that helps in anyway.
