No Man's Sky

Really like you Corvette! is it a vanilla build?
Thanx, if you mean original.. well kinda but not really. I did see something that looked vaguely similar and decided to make my own.

The original was meant to be a base for Millennium falcon but changed mid build as it needed to many glitches to work. Also not finished as its a constant work in progress. I keep changing odd things over time.

Latest look & Colour:

Only has one door on cockpit side now as the other side turned into a Medical Hab.

I think that vanilla means without mods? I'm guessing you haven't used mods because of playing across so many devices!

I like the in cockpit view :-)

Even that is no issue either. Hello did a great job in getting controls on controller feel right,

Its a pity NMS don't have proper multi crew with gunners and such. Right now its just for looks cause even traveling on someone else's ship is buggy as hell. Sometimes the game drop you in space for no reason and the ship turns while your view stay directional to the system you are in.

Done freaking finally. Tweaked my fighter corvette and got maneuverabily to 2400. Infraknife to 76600

Picked this game up recently and got into it, but man oh man, is it ever overwhelming.

I have NFI what I am doing half the time. But I have somehow managed to not die in the 10 or so hours I have clocked, although I did come close when I clipped through a freighter and ended up inside the walls.

The procedurally generated stuff gives me a laugh though, like this NPC's name-

Well done on not dying!! Nice to have another person playing :). The game can be slightly glitchy at times, I've fallen through freighter floors and pirate space station floors! Ended up floating in space so just reloaded the last save.

I'm sure we can all help you if you get stuck with anything. My advice is to mostly just explore and experiment, you'll soon have it figured out.

If you haven't already tried it, the melee boost for moving across a planet using the jetpack is very useful.
When adding new tech to the suit/ship/multi-tool/exocraft, put the upgrades next to each other and the tech they relate to. You'll see them highlighted with the same colour as in the example @AlphaJohn shared above. Also look out for the supercharged slots in purple as they give an extra boost, move the tech around to take advantage of those.

Out of interest, for the longer-term players, I found my infra-knife accelerator got better stats when I put the actual weapon on a supercharged slot. Always assumed the upgrades did better on those, but maybe I was wrong.
