No Man's Sky

I've finished the first 2 phases and half way on all the rest. Finally upgraded my rifle to A class and got the pulse spitter. Feeling less like I will die by hungering tendril or bugs  Said to my friend we must move, want to finish it tonight if we can otherwise tomorrow night. He's a bit behind me so helping him catch up.
Yeah the last boss you'll need it, but they give you a pulse spitter so that made it easier

@AlphaJohn Be interested to hear what you think of Starfield vs No Man's Sky? Now that you've played both. Don't know if @Lupus also played Starfield?

Starfield has better story and quests but I prefer No Man's Sky overall. They are a bit different to me so maybe not so easy to do a direct comparison because NMS has the multiplayer aspect and the expeditions, which keep me coming back to the game.

They both scratch different itches. Starfield is more about the story, whereas NMS is about pure exploration.

Starfield is more grounded in what could be real and I love it for it, if they had the transitions of NMS I'm sure it would have rocked, but the load screens killed the game. Additionally, Starfield has a significant advantage that NMS lacks, namely mods.

NMS has the exploration down to a T, always interesting to see what you're gonna find next. Ship building also allow for more freedom, well if you use em glitches that is.

Thanks! The hatch is on the side. Never thought about doing that.

Inspired by the Expedition and spacewalks. Lot simpler if you don't always have to go to the rear of the ship. Some people glitch it to the front but then you have to go to front at space stations, for me side is the best option.

Oh and I am not done yet, Ship still work in progress.

Edit: This might help:

Apparently the NMS PC version has mods, I've never tried them though.

Finished the expedition last night, fights weren't as difficult as I was expecting probably because I got my multi-tool up to A class. Glad to have the pulse spitter and paralysis mortar!

Here we go again:

No Update on Xbox..... yet.

Edit: Expedition 2: Beachhead Redux. (2 Weeks)
Oooooh!! Didn't expect them to be releasing some of the older ones. Just went to check and I did that redux in Nov 2024 so probably won't do it again unless I'm bored. Working on finally finishing BG3!

Edit: And this is the Normandy expedition!!
