You look like an idiot because it looks like you can not do it and in failing to do it right you let it drop....

A training partner can only help you up to a point. He cannot grab both 50kg+ dumbells out of your hands, and if he grabs only one, you will CERTAINLY injure yourself. Weight needs to be 'distributed' evenly. And you cannot spot someone who is deadlifting without getting in his way and spoiling his set.

Those that think they look like they are failing, don't know better ;)
 
Oh, so that's why my trainer always insisted I drop the weights after a set. I thought he was just lazy ...

Started on the 2nd of Feb and after almost 8 weeks I'm still going...strong :D
Lost 11.3kg in that time so there's no way I'm stopping ;)

what about guys screaming whilst busy with a 'difficult' set. that's hysterical to me. heavy breathing is ok. grunting also. but jeez come on, full out screaming with every goddamn rep?
