No refund

I bought airtime worth R1000 on 28 May 2019 by mistake instead of R100, i phoned Telkom they promised a refund, i did email requested documents but still today no refund

Telkom Mobile....... Goodday,kindly note regarding case-29353740,refund has been arranged and sent to finance for processing, Funds will be available within 7 days. Telkom-0811180... This was in August till today no refund
