No Support from openweb

Hi

I cannot connect to my openweb VPN account. Sent an e-mail to indicate this but got no response. Cannot contact them telephonically. This really sucks as im paying R750.00 pm and cannot connect.
 
You should have searched for threads regarding this... then you'd know better... but you're a new member... MrBeep hangs around here now and again, he might see your post ;)

Openweb should seriously consider refunding their clients for non - availability of services.I am forced to pay for prepaid services from webafrica .
Seems like they are deliberately ducking all the support calls.
Sent e-mails to both [email protected] and [email protected]
 
I considered getting Openweb VPN as two of my buddies got it and told me its awesome, that was until they required support....

Guess I'm gonna stick with my ISP for a bit longer
 
Outch they are really letting there customer service slip big time.
I wander what is up are they having Financial troubles or something that they are letting the customers down like this. Even me that needed some quick local bandwidth has been waiting 2 days now.
 
/sigh guess the IT Guy™ has left the building... o well no downloading till tonight then :(
 
I'm really starting to think they changed my password without letting me know :( bastards!
 
I called openweb and they said they'd get back to me within 48hours i wonder if its the fact they dont know that its affecting a lot of people or just trying to act like it. Does anyone know exactly whats going on.

well i've sent a mail. so they must know of me at least :D

...currently running on webafrica and nexusisp for past 3 days, which is decreasing my budget. :(
 
Just found out by speaking with one of the support guys on the PHONE (yes someone actually picked up! :rolleyes:) that my account was never activated :mad:
You may use your personal account details to enter OpenWeb Heaven
Looks like we found OpenWeb Hell!
What did we do to deserve this :(
 
well my account was working and then stopped working - accountability comes to mind...

axxess support pretty good i think.. have been using them on and off lately.
having a good product with cheap pricing is not the only thing.
i would rather pay more for quality...

Axxess is cool been using them now but still I need just a lil bit more local cap and openweb is by far the cheapest.

OpenWeb is doing great!

We have employed quite a few new folks this month and we are growing thanks to your support.

Of course, no business can expand without some hiccups, thus I would like to identify these hiccups, and resolve them asap!
