nod32 installation help

[iron man]

hi im not sure if this is in the right section but i really need help installing it. could someone please give me a link for a step by step installation guide?

i get an error like this:

an error occured while trying to replace the existing file
DeleteFIle failed; code 5
access is denied.

i tried deleting everything but i cant because its read only and everytime i try and change it it just reverts back to read only

any help is much appreciated

What OS?

is this the first time you installing it on your pc?

if you installed it before

try ending all the eset processors services from task manager

i've now gotten past that error but when i try install it a window comes up with only the figure "1" in it

Try Start>Run and type in "msiexec /unregister"

Then

Start>Run "msiexec /regserver"

That worked for me, hope it works for you
