Yes you can use a VPN between site A and site B but it will use up cap at both ends. So if you have a 1GB cap and you want to transfer a 1GB file then both sites will have used up their cap once you have finished transferring the file. What I meant is lets say you have site A and site B, both with a Iburst connection, will it be possible to run a VPN link between site A and B? It's for non-commercial use. So lets say both site's have a 1Gb account, if the 1 Gb is up will it fall back on to the throttled speed?
I've sent you some stuff - but it sounds like Metro-E is probably out of your price rangeAmbo, can you maybe send me more details of the Metro-Ethernet service?
The MetroNet is based around microwave technology with a dedicated dish and carrier grade equipment at each end of the link. It is a dedicated link between two or more location and there is no contention.I am also curious on this metro thing. just invited you on skype but will most prob chat tomorrow cos want to see the technology and how it works
Not yet.Just a quick question on the Metro E stuff, is it available in Bloem?
