Noisy Corsair PS

Has anyone else had issues with a noisy Corsair Power Supply? I bough a GS700 a couple of months ago, and the fan is really noisy. I though it would go away once "run in", but the humming of the fan is still there.

Or are these simply this noisy?

Nop, had mine for about a year and a half and still very quiet. Have a CX600 I think it is.

Thanks. It's definitely the fan, I tested it by stopping it for a moment while the system is running, and then it's nice and quiet. I mean, it's not like the whole room shakes, but just enough to notice...

Try to get it swapped out.

Most people don't have noisy Corsair PSU's, but then you often get those people who will be so unlucky to get noisy Corsair PSU's.
... and then you get those VERY unlucky ones who only get to get a working Corsair PSU after their 2nd swapout!

Swap it out for a hx or ax series. :thumbup:
