Not to be funny about it...but MTN have had down right PATHETIC service of late. Actually no...I retract that last statement because a service can only be labelled pathetic when there is one in the first place!

I know what you mean, but if we all give them enough grief they're bound to improve. If you just leave, you're the weaker person and then the uninformed customers get cheated and are stuck with the bad service.
 
Went to MTN today and ordered my Nokia 5800. They didn't have stock but they expect it to arrive soon. Only the red one was available but it's quite pretty, so I took it.
 
I ordered my 5800 on the 2nd April, it was delivered today, a Red one, not bad looking. Originally I was told 2 weeks, nice surprize........ok busy loading the software:D

Yeah, they told us it should take 2 weeks as well, but my sister's phone, on a contract that was signed 2 weeks ago, came 3 days after ordering, so I pray that I have mine before the weekend.

Oh, that one there by Super Spar? They're new and small so I'd rather not risk them. I trust the people I am dealing with. I just hope my phone comes by Thursday afternoon.

"comes with music" is supposed to be available when nokia music store becomes available in south africa, this should happen some time soon, cant remember the date, if anyone knows post it please. but i think when 'comes with music" comes online there is a possiblilty existing handsets will be able to download for free as well.. not sure about this tho...
 
The Comes with Music will be launching here in May. Will try and find the link later.
 
Got my phone today, but no memory card included. Did you guys get one with? Mine had music on and is the red one.
 
The memory card isn't something that you can overlook :o, is it?

And it was delivered... Will phone them.

The music is on the memory card not on the phone memory so if your phone came with mp3z.. The memory card is already IN the phone :rolleyes: some people...
