Nokia 920, Cell C, and warranty

Hi Forum/ Cell C rep

I would Like to buy the Nokia 920 on contract.

Currently only Vodacom (in stock) and MTN (Getting it soon) have it.

1) Is Cell C planning to sell it (get it)?

2) When will Cell C be getting it?
(Nokia seem to prefer networks that have LTE installed, there might also be an exclusive time limited agreement)

3) If I buy the phone from Vodacom (cash or contract) and port to Cell C right afterwards, will I loose the 2 year Vodacom Warranty? (manufacturing one stays for 1 year)

4) Can one buy a 2 year warranty?

UPDATE: Cell C rep did respond to my pm:

1) Yes we are planning on selling it.

2) We are expecting the nokia 920 by mid December 2012 latest end of December - Seems like the black one

3) Will have to check with Vodacom (Ockie mentioned it has to be active on the network once in a last 30 days with a Voda sim, otherwise loose it)

4) Cell C does not offer an extended Warranty
