I really like what I am seeing, even the w8.1 article on gsmarena.

Something that people mentioned that kinda sucks... with 8.1 you finally get to store apps on the SD Card... except the 930 just don't have a SD Card slot XD

Looking forward to this phone. Wonder what the $599 price tag will eventually convert to here, or when we will get it?
~R8500?

Says rollout in Europe, Middle East and India in June...

do you think they will call it the Microsoft Lumia, and not Nokia?

Since moving to MS its all going free.
WP 8.1 is free to OEMs
Here + is free
Will there be a Nokia phone?

Oh btw- a really cool app by Nokia for camera's is the refocus App. You can take pictures that look pro.

Is it a fair assumption to make that all high end (Lumia 920 and above) phones have great low light abilities.

I have the 925 now and it takes absolutely unbelievable pictures in the dark. And I don't mean when the sun is setting, I mean where there is no light.

If the 930 has the same abilities then it is really a show stopper. I've given up my monster phone (read Lumia 1520/1320) dreams ever since I bought myself a tablet and ever since I saw those things up close and personal. I have to be real with myself. I'm not a big guy by any standard.

If 930 is good at low light its going to be my next in 1 & 1/2 years.

Mind you. We will only get it in December this side by the looks of things - sorry to burst your bubbles guys. So, that's only a year of salivating at it for me.

Since the epic tech that the Lumia 920 introduced, they have been using it in all their high end phones.
The Lumia 930 has the same camera as the 1520.

The 930 has the same everything as the 1520, the only real difference is screen size and the 1520 having an sd card slot.
I will be getting my 1520 next month, not waiting any longer for the 930.

Just make sure you can live with its size. I can. And I can't see myself going back to smaller phones. It's a magnificent device. All I need is another Qi pad for the office. Oh, and a Surface Pro 3.

Quite keen on this device. Will be nice to try something new. I'm a Android fan but of late everything seems all to familiar.

Its a good move to make. I was the same, I had multiple android phones for 5 years and decided to try something new and WP8.1 is actually pretty great. Silky smooth interface, has all the apps on the store that i use, all the normal features you get on android etc etc. Im using the Lumia 920 and happy happy.

I will let you know on the weekend what I think of it. Mine arrives tomorrow.
Bored as heck of iOS and android.
Last few years have been htc desire, iphone 3gs, galaxy2, galaxy s3, iphone 4s, htc desire hd (in no particular order)
So I think Im good and ready for a change now.
I will still keep my ipad they are hands down the best tablets and I will always be an android fanboy but I think MS is heading in a really good direction with WP.
