Nokia seems to be losing the plot all over - in my own experience definitely so. I've been using Nokia phones for years, but I see the end of that relationship become a reality now.
Nokia's Music Store effort just pushed it over the edge for me now. I've got credits that I've purchased but I battle to get any music downloaded against those credits due to server problems on Nokia's side. The same problems occur when on tries to download the multiple components of the Nokia Music software. A new update if the software is available but getting it downloaded is just impossible it seems. I've tried doing so for days now without success.
The worst part however is not being able to get any of the songs dowloaded that I've selected. Halfway through any of the downloads the process bombs-out with some database error.
I've tried doing downloads at various times to try to accommodate for peak loads but without success. It seems the servers I'm accessing is a 486 desktop PC running Windows 98 sitting on a Nokia employee's desk in Finland.
(I cannot use Nokia Music Store on my phone; must do so on the PC)
Anyone else having the same experience?
