Nokia N95 @ Vodacom??

Where is the best place to get an N95 right now?

Just called Italk and am going to port to MTN from Vodaripoff on Monday. They are offering the N95 for no buy in on even the Procall 120. Vodacom is wanting huge anmounts to get the N95....

Byeeeeeee Vodacom!

you dont have to pay in with MTN? Which service provider? MTNSP ?

Do they have stock O.O (Cape Town) that anyone knows of

Well they do everything over the phone if you have a credit card so I spose its irrelevant whether CT has stock. Durban Call centre says stock is available.

Bloody Brilliant :D

I think this is excellent!!!! Lets give it a try shall we... :)

Applied on that online call me thingy... anyone object to me having done that?

Any new specials or summin on the N95... nobody giving a free PS3 + N95 on weekender are they?

...

Didn't think so :o

Well I got my phone in 2 working days from iTalk :D but no Weekender :( ProCall 120 is the cheapest. and MTN

I was at vodacom this morning. Nearly had a heart attack when the guy told me I had to pay R2550 for the N95 on my Talk 240 ! Even on Talk 500S @ R800 pm you have to pay R1500 for the N95. And the price isn't going down any time soon, above prices are for the next 2 months (until mid August) :(

MTN here I come !

I just extended my T500 contract for another 2 years, and was actually going to pay R1499, but the guy assisting me told me that because of high usage on my account I only have to pay R390. Bonus!!! Phone charging at the mo, then I'm gonna move all the stuff to it...

You gonna battle making it your own phone with that vodafone cr@p on.

I hate that voda nonsense. It will be the first to go once I sort out everything else. How did you do yours, custom FW or did you take it in somewhere?

Hi Guys Dunno if anyone can answer this question but here goes.
So i bought a Nokia N95 after being a faithfull Sony ericsson user for 7 years the w880 just got to me, but any how i may be mistaken the P990i and Nokia N95 have a very similar software symbian v9 3-1 and the vlive was removed at customers request due to softare problems, now the nokia N95 seems to be displaying very similar issues and i want this @*@#*** software off my phone i paid for it Vodacom can keep there terrible software and send it back to limey land becuase as far as i am aware the phone has a two year warrenty supplied by the actuall manufacturer. This VLive software isnt only ugly the whole security module renders this phone as usless.

Most Unhappy Vodacom Vlive in a nut shell sucks!!!!!!

Thats cause its not Vodacom RRP is Nokia N93i R8699 and The Nokia N95 as advertised in a vodacom 4u brochure is R8989. but i do see your point N93i

70% of the reason I went MTN and moved networks was to get the N95 (yay slightly cheaper), but because it wasn't branded vLive and I wasn't in the mood to go mess with it to debrand it. Also they dont like it if you do.. so MTN was the obvious choice for me.

They are indeed losing customers (not just me) over the VLive software on their phones.

Thank you MrG for your understanding i would love to have bought a non branded phone but due to the fact that i work in a Vodacom retail outlet this does raise a slight conflict i just want it off my phone i cant download anything that isn't directly related to VLIVE they have cleverly embeded a DRM file that is unchangeable under certificate management 2 files to be exact
