Nokia N97: available in white?

I'm getting this phone. It's awesome.

Really want it in white, but i'm told you can't choose.

Has anyone got an N97 in SA in *white*? If so, where?

Looking forward to hearing from everyone.
 
mine will be delivered tomorrow or Tuesday..will let you know the colour!
 
Okay, i guess i've been ranting a bit about the colour thing, especially in another thread on this forum (the 'Nokia N97 from Vodacom' one).

But i think it has just dawned on me what the real problem is here. As consumers, we care about devices, but it seems the networks and providers care about the bottom line.

Imagine walking into your local Audi dealer to pick up your new R8 and they tell you 'sorry, you can't choose the colour because we've already chosen it for you!'

Unheard of. Why should phones be any different?

Anyone care to comment?
 
if you wait till next month..they would prob. let you choose what colour you want..
