So, you want to buy milk that has not gone through the homogenization process to stabilize the emulsion and prevent the formation of a fat layer on the top?
AFAIK processes need to do this to standardize their outputs to be used in milk fluids and further downstream making cheese/ice cream/yogurt/butter etc. and is general business practise. You'll be hard pressed to find any since the producer it pretty much limiting his product to only drinking purposes, and you'll prolly order it directly from a dairy producer to do a batch for you.
It'll cost though.
EDIT: maybe poke around the smaller organic producers and ask them.
Nkandla has a cattle kraal, go get some. Apparently the security quite hectic though
Don't you have cheese shops or similar that sell milk on tap?
Quite often you can get both types of milk.
Those are very large brestesees.
Even those shops will have their milk provided to them post process - that is homogenised and pasteurised.and yes.. yes they are very large titties
