So I have quite a few vodacom contracts, recently upgraded my data line to take a pad2 as well.

I normally dealt with one guy from a vodakiosk but since that branch closed down I was forced to use Vodashop in Tygervalley.i needed a new phone in January so I took an additional line.Thing is I have not been billed in four months. I am quite familiar wih how their billing system works and I am just worried they send me a huge bill few months down the line.

I still insist that the error that occurred is not of my making. The sales consultant should have double checked her work but instead she was rushing to go home.

Does the CPA protect me against anything that might happen down the line?????

No it doesn't...

If you don't want the big bill that will come your way when they figure out whats going on, or to not have the line cut off and you getting listed... I would suggest you go into a Vodashop and sort it out..

CPA is not there to screw businesses over, its there to protect consumers from shoddy dealings

I never said the deal was soddy,y should I pay for another's mistake?

You're not going to pay extra. Whether they bill you now or in 12 months time you will still pay the same amount.

So I don't see where you are paying for a mistake.
