I haven't been sleeping well for the last 3 weeks. All due to stress, I know this, but I'll be awake 5 or 6 times during the night, and exhausted in the morning. Removing the stress isn't an option quite yet, with a lot of things happening at the moment.

I'm not fond of going the prescrption/medication route to sort this out, but any suggestions on a more natural route to follow will be greatly appreciated. Going on the third week in a row now.

I've adjusted the times I got to bed, I am pretty active in any case, so getting plenty of exercise, tried adjusting my diet and times I eat, etc. Nothing. Still not sleeping through.

Don't bother downloading the extra songs and stuff. Just use the free one and some reasonable speakers.

Took me about 3 days and now I sleep like a baby.

In the beginning I would turn it on and lie there getting distracted by the sound then the next second it is morning.
Now I hear it and I automatically go into sleep mode, it's a little creepy really but yea, there is an app for that and in my experience it works :)
