Got a new line installed a week ago, since then it seems to be affected if the underground cables get wet. Telkom tech tested it with a "Partial contact fault less than 20v" (according to the system) he has cleaned all the local joints no fix yet but escalated it to the cable division that is yet to sort out the problem. Im thinking a new pair from the SDC to the exchange should fix it?
But i came across something I have never seen before an upstream SNR thats sky high but a Downstream that is low?
Normally ive seen them being reasonably close to one another?
