Referring to the flashy-flashy pricing images on iBurst's new orange homepage:

1/3/6/9Gb Bandwidth is an entirely incorrect term to use. A cap, uses terminology typically referred to as "transfer" or "volume" of data. Not "bandwidth". As it is right now, it infers that your system runs at 1/3/6/9Gb speeds rather than being limited to 1/3/6/9Gb of transfer.

Please correct this before you get the advertising standards authority on your behinds.

A proper description would be "Month by Month, iBurst gig 1, 1Gb transfer, R469". The invoice is in the mail.

as an additional note to WBS - for people like me who dont have Macromedia flash on their system (and dont want it either -as it allows too many flashing scrolling adverts to play) I have absolutely no idea what is on the WBS page in the packages, or the signup pages. Neither firefox or IE can show me whatever data you have there. So I've got no clue as to what you are offering, or trying to tell me, as a customer.

*chortle* How much did you charge them to rectify their obvious stupidity?

I agree with LG - I don't like the Flash stuff - chews too much bandwidth!!! I only have the Flash plugin installed in IE6, I refuse to install it in FireFox (call it a Flash ad-blocking mechanism).
