Nougat - love it or hate it ?

Love it. Brought some home industry ones before and they were the best. Some of them have to much sugar in though.

Blu - egg whites are good, but glucose and honey are still pretty bad for you! My favourite is with some sort of nut in it. The nuts are also really bad, fat-wise! But lots of protein.

Vice versa, fat from nuts is healthy, you nut ;-). And honey is not unhealthy at all either.

Wedgewood! I buy directly from the factory :)

Makes wanna go and get one now. I see them at our spar every time I'm there but never take it because I'm so body conscious. But now I wanna get one.
 
I er bought 4 boxes :) Also a box of bon bons (nougat:almond:)

They sell for R10 a bar at retail stores.
 
Have you guys tried the Sally Williams Nougat with macadamia nut ice cream? Oh my god its divine!!!
 
Yummy, I just got a Wedgewood one with macadamia nuts. The Wedgewood is much softer than Sally William, however, it is not as sweet. I wish they could combine best of both worlds ;-)
 
Love it! Just don't get enough of it. I like the Playability of the sweet... picking the nuts/ sweets out the nougat...
