I just wanna know how some people dont get capped on there 30gig local account and then i jst need like an extra 10gigs on my account and i get capped on 32 :/

It all depends if you have been good this year, otherwise Santa wont give you the extra 10gigs you need

The info is there in plain noob speak but I guess some people are just too frigging lazy to read.
And even if there wasn't a nice tutorial there is always Google - that's how I learnt how things worked on my own 2 months ago. On my own without someone having to hold my hand.

My stats show yesterday (2006-11-14) i used 6.5gb for 1 day on IS ? is it possible... my max average is 3.5 to 3.9GB on my adsl 1024... :/

its definitely possible, (24*60*60*100)/1000=8640mb you can use in 24hrs at 100kbps....you should be able to remember what you downloaded so try adding the sizes of all the things you downloaded
