Just wanna share this. Upgraded to a 10Mbps line yesterday. How cool is this!
This is on a fixed wireless connection.

His IP belongs to Neotel so definitely not ADSL

Yep. Its business. But the only difference between the home & business packages, business is optimized for during-the-day usage and home is for during-the-night usage. And the Fair usage policy.
