ntfs to fat32

i have a samsung G2 portabble hdd and would like to change the file system from ntfs to fat32.

i have no idea how to do this. if i right click in the drive with the mouse and say format, it doesnt give a option to format in fat32.

can anyone please help.

You cannot downgrade from NTFS to FAT32 directly. The safest way is to actually delete the entire partition and re-create it using The Disk Management tool in Control Panel. Windows won't give you the option to format a partition to FAT32 if the partition is larger than a certain size. I suggest you use this tool rather....

why would you want to do that? :confused: for a PS3?
