i suppose if u capped u still screwed tho, right ?
 
pretty much ya, but interesting enough, some guys get close to full line speed via this, even on capped iburst.

Was pretty weird to hear that from a few okes.

Service still running

Hi all

Anybody know of this service from NukeCap is still running?
 
check it out @ www.nukecap.co.za, you can got to the nukecap irc channel and talk to clipse and see if he will start it again, Mr.Beep from openweb is going to offer a similar service soon.
 
I used this service for one month, when I was uncapped it worked perfectly. Next month it didn't work at all, but I've been getting full speed from international torrents lately when not capped, so doesn't bother me much.
