1b) and that's before we consider that it's the day after Battlefield's release...
2) Scheduling maintenance but not announcing it in advance to your users...
3) Scheduling maintenance but not letting anyone have access to the expected end time including your own support agents...
4) With the server not having been accessible for the past 5 hours, and a support ticket open for the past 2 hours without response to the query of what time maintenance is scheduled until...
5) Who am I even kidding, this is an ISP without even a basic Network Status page...
Who signed off on these processes?

came back roughly 26 minutes ago and was up for a bout 10 minutes but it's down againI just checked like 1h ago and was still down.
Seems to be working now if you relaunch.Is there any way to check/get alerted proactively for when it comes back online?
Or are we stuck with just manually trying to get in all the time?
